Who we are
Josh Pettingill
Founder & Chief Settlement Officer
Josh Pettingill works with clients throughout the country to resolve general liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation cases. He frequently testifies as an expert witness on the economic value of those cases.
Prior to founding Winsom, he was co-founder and principal of a national settlement-planning firm dedicated to personal-injury stakeholders. Before that, he spent a decade as a settlement consultant and principal at one of the largest plaintiff-based structured settlement companies in the country. He has been consulted on more than 15,000 cases with unique fact patterns.
He is the immediate past Chair of the Liability MSP Advisory Committee for the National Medicare Secondary Payer Network. He has authored more than 100 articles and taught over 1,000 hours of CLE on complex settlement-planning issues.
